Dr. Martin and the staff at Ocean Optics and the Vision Therapy Institute of Florida are involved in a variety of organizations, both locally and nationally. Below you'll find a link to some of these groups:
College of Optometrists in Vision Development
Dr. Martin is a member of COVD, a group of only 1,000 OD's in the Nation. The group focuses on children's vision and vision therapy.
The Jason Taylor Foundation focuses on helping children in the South Florida community. Dr. Martin provides vision screenings, exams and glasses to the students at their reading room!
We do vision screenings throughout the year at different community events. You may see us at the Delray Firehouses, schools and health fairs - please let our staff know if you'd like us to participate in your next event.
